All our products ships from our stores in Istanbul, Turkey

Delivery time is 3-4 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If your purchase doesn't make you look or feel your best, you have the option to return it for store credit or exchange it for another item that suits you better. Our goal is always your utmost satisfaction.

Exchange Policy:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please do so within 30 days following its delivery. Return Period:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

- Be free from any signs of wear or damage.

Non-Returnable Items:

Return Process:
1.Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at leatherstudiocanada@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
2.Receive a Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions for returning your item.
3.Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and the RAN.
4.Ship Your Return: Return the package to the address specified in the return authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
